This privacy policy is specific to our law firm and defines how APM-law uses, backs up and protects all the information that you transmit when you use our web site.

What is meant by personal data?

According to article 1 of the Belgian law of 8th December 1992, personal data means “all information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person”. This may be, for example, your name, address, telephone number, national registry number, code, e-mail address, photo, etc.

Furthermore, personal data does not only concern information related to the private life but also data related to the professional or public life of a person. However, only information concerning a natural person and not information concerning a legal entity or association is taken into consideration.

Log files and IP address

Where is the data stored?
